Frequently Asked Questions

We get lots of questions. So we've put our most common ones below.  Have a question that isn't answered here? No problem... feel free to send us a message or give us a call at

(404) 500-8784 and we'll answer ANY questions you have about selling your Georgia house!

Q:  Do you list houses or buy them outright?
A:  Both! We have many options and we will help you figure out what is best for you! We will help you determine if a direct sale, a listing, a rent-to-own structure, or if our owner financing system is right for you! You have options! Don’t sign any contracts until you learn about what EACH will mean for you! We will NEVER list your home without your consent.

Q:  How do you determine a property’s value and how much you will be able to offer?
A:  We use many factors in determining the value and what we can offer. We will consider the property’s location, the cost and time needed to complete necessary repairs, and the values of comparable houses sold in the immediate vicinity. With a direct offer, we will look at the homes potential value, after all of the repairs have been completed. Our ultimate goal is to create a fair, win-win situation. While you might not receive the full retail price from our offer, you will save thousands in fees, commissions, and other costs. Let’s run the numbers to see exactly what it will mean for you!

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: Not when you choose a direct sale! This is what makes this decision so popular. You won’t pay a dime in commissions, agent fees or closing costs. We will be the direct buyer, ultimately saving you time and money! Remember, a fast sale will help you keep thousands of dollars in your pocket! Our profit is only made after we pay for and make the necessary repairs to the house.

Q:  How are you different from other companies?
A: We offer options. We are not like the realtor next door. We know that one method of selling isn’t applicable in all scenarios. We understand the market and the legalities of setting up alternate selling systems. Many people don’t realize the options available! Your typical agent will simply list your house in hopes someone will come along and buy it. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers and then takes a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house. So if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000-$6,000 in commissions to your agent. Agents can provide a great service for those that can wait 6-12 months (the current time it takes for a property to sell via the MLS) and who don’t mind giving up some of that sale price to pay for the commissions. When you choose a direct sale to Cash Homes Triad you will save on commission, fees and repair costs. And remember, the longer you hold on to a house, the more it will cost you!

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my information?
A: Never. We pride ourselves on creating fair and profitable solutions to our sellers. We want to provide you with information and leave the ball completely in your court. We will never hassle you or put you under any obligation when you tell us about your property! We are ready to help you sell your house now!
